Real Estate Consulting Reports – Consulting opinions that provide answers to specific questions necessary for client business decisions. These reports include market studies, feasibility studies, the estimation of real estate damages due to casualty loss (fire, accident), natural disasters (flood, wind, earthquake) and condemnation. Mr. Hanson has developed a special expertise in the preparation of Before & After Reports to document real estate damages.
Real Estate Appraisal Reviews – The review of various types of valuation opinions and real estate consulting reports for litigation purposes, professional real estate valuation malpractice cases and for investment decision making by the client. Mr. Hanson has developed a special expertise in the preparation of review reports on real estate. He holds the AI-GRS appraisal review designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
Eminent Domain Consulting – Mr. Hanson has a specialized expertise in preparing reports (before/after) for eminent domain litigation both in New Jersey and federal condemnation matters. He has completed a number of real estate reports applying the specifications of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (a/k/a “Yellow Book”). Mr. Hanson completed the Yellow Book Seminar offered by the Appraisal Institute in 2016.
